General terms and conditions

This is a convenience translation for information purposes only. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all treatment agreements between FREITAG® Podologie GmbH and its patients.

2. Making appointments

Treatments take place exclusively by prior appointment. Appointments can be arranged by telephone, by email or via online appointment booking.

3. Cancellation and cancellation fee

Please cancel any appointment you are unable to attend at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of appointments not cancelled in time, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee corresponding to the reserved treatment time.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are based on the price list valid at the time or, in the case of a medical prescription, on the applicable statutory fee agreements. Payment is due immediately after treatment.

5. Duty to cooperate

For safe treatment, it is necessary that you inform us of any existing medical conditions (in particular diabetes mellitus, circulatory disorders, blood clotting disorders, infectious diseases) as well as any medication you are taking.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the breach of material contractual obligations and to the damage typically foreseeable under the contract.

7. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
