Helga Maria Freitag

For many years I have been deeply engaged with the question of what helps people stay healthy, mobile and capable, and feel comfortable in their own bodies.

My professional roots lie in medical foot care. I have worked with people for almost 40 years and see every day how closely mobility, physical wellbeing and quality of life are connected.

Since July 2025 I have been a state-certified podiatrist (Podologin), and since March 2026 also a sectoral practitioner (Heilpraktikerin) for podiatry. I have also undertaken further qualification in practice management.

As a specialist in cryotherapy / cold therapy, I, Helga Maria Freitag, am also the founder of the first Kältekammer Memmingen (cryotherapy chamber in Memmingen).
