Cancel your appointment in time
Your time is valuable – so is ours
Dear patients,
For your treatment we reserve a fixed appointment exclusively for you. This allows us to take sufficient time and carry out your podiatric treatment carefully, individually and without unnecessary waiting times.
If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible – ideally at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer the freed-up slot to another patient.
Short-notice cancellations
With a very short-notice cancellation, the reserved treatment period can often no longer be allocated to anyone else.
We therefore reserve the right to charge 50% of the planned treatment price as a missed-appointment fee if an appointment is not cancelled in good time and cannot be allocated elsewhere.
Missed appointments
If an agreed appointment is not attended without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a missed-appointment fee of €38.00, provided the conditions for this apply.
Of course, we know that unforeseen situations can arise. Please speak to us in such cases.
